Czech school yard
We had an alarm fire training. The bell rang and all the students had to leave the school building. Then went to the school playground where the teachers had to report the number of students. It is practised to be ready to save our life in fire. Do you have something similar?

The Plan of the Project
September 2010 Preparations (teachers decide on the number of students and collect parents’ permission for participating in this project),
My name is... Students write 1st emails to introduce themselves (name, age, hobby, family, school etc. + photos) and exchange them with partners. Students send, and receive emails from their partners asking for more information.
October 2010 The place where I live is worth visiting. Students prepare Powerpoint presentations (they take roles of travel agents whose role is to encourage the other partners to visit their country and town)
November 2010 My school is cool!:) Students write about their schools (teachers, school year, classrooms,), they create a photoalbum presenting their school and surroundings.
December 2010 December has come – Merry Christmas/holidays throughout the year, students present different traditions, send hand-made Christmas cards and record a Christmas carol which is presented online.
January 2011 And the question is:... Students prepare a quiz about their country (history, geography etc) and send it to their partners, twinchat.
February 2011 The people I want to follow! Students prepare presentations about their idols; they also choose their national heroes and present them.
March 2011 It’s delicious! Students exchange recipes of their favourite dishes (they can try to prepare some dishes at home or school).
April 2011 Springtime! Students prepare a calendar in which they mark the most important dates, events during the year in their country.

Hello everybody, welcome to our new project.It is called Four Seasons and we will work together the whole school year. We hope that there will be three countries- Poland, Finland and the Czech Republic. If you, students, work hard, then we can meet each other at the end of the school year.
