The students are collecting money on charity
Finnish favourite recipe
LASAGNE
cooking time 1 hour 35 minutes, which in the oven for 45 minutes
Peel the onion and garlic. Oiled sauté pan.
Peel and grate the beets. Add to skillet and cook for a few minutes.
Brown ground beef with oiled pan, add vegetables, crushed tomatoes and spices as well as appropriate liquid. Check the taste.
Prepare the cheese sauce. Heat 1 liter of milk and add the cheese to melt stirring. Mix flour 2 dl of milk and thicken the sauce. Season and check the taste.
Spread a little of both sauces tin (approximately 25 x 33 cm) on the bottom, cover with lasagne strips. Add sauces and lasange discs again. The third-floor flat on top of sauce and grated cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cover with baking paper, if you threaten to darken too much.

Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
500ml milk
Flour
A bit of salt
Oil
Jam
Instructions:
1. First, put the eggs and the flour into a bowl
2. Then, mix and gradually add milk, keep mixing.
3. After that, add a bit of salt.
4. Put a bit of oil into a pan a heat it.
5. Pour the batter into the pan and fry on both sides for 2 minutes.
6. Finally, put the pancake on a plate, put jam on it and roll it.
